Deine Aufgaben

Als AI Engineer kann für dich das Problem gar nicht schwer genug sein. Du bist mit dem aktuellen Stand der Technik im Bereich Deep Learning vertraut. Als Teil unseres Teams von KI-Expert:innen der JUST ADD AI erarbeitest du Lösungen für ein breites Spektrum realer Probleme und stehst dabei in Kontakt mit unseren Kund:innen.

Entwicklung: Du entwickelst maßgeschneiderte KI-Lösungen vom Prototyp bis hin zu integrierbaren Softwaremodulen
State-of-the-Art: Du verwendest und entwickelst State-of-the-Art-Modelle, um reale Probleme zu lösen
Datenanalyse: Du analysierst große Datensätze und findest kreative Lösungen
Coding-Assistenten: Du entwickelst, testest und dokumentierst unter intensivster Nutzung von LLM-basierten Coding-Assistenten
End-to-End: Du bist von der Konzeptionierung bis zur Inbetriebnahme an der Entwicklung beteiligt

Dein Profil

Du hast einen sehr guten Masterabschluss in Informatik oder einen vergleichbaren Hintergrund
Du hast umfassende Kenntnisse in mindestens einem dieser Bereiche: LLMs, Computer Vision, Robotik oder Deep Learning
Du verfolgst aktiv den aktuellen State-of-the-Art im Bereich Deep Learning und LLMs
Du hast sehr gute Programmierkenntnisse, lebst die Best Practices und hast bereits erfolgreich Softwareprojekte mit Python in die Produktion gebracht
Du hast fundierte mathematische Kenntnisse, insbesondere in den Bereichen Machine Learning und statistischer Methoden
Du holst das Maximum aus LLM-basierten Coding-Assistenten heraus: parallele Sessions, MCP-Tools, Agent.md, Workflow-Automatisierung – und suchst ständig nach Wegen, noch produktiver zu werden
Du arbeitest gerne im Team und kannst effektiv mit Personen unterschiedlicher Profession (technisch und nicht-technisch) kommunizieren
Du hast sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse
Du hast ein hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein und erkennst Risiken frühzeitig
Durch deine Motivation und Selbstdisziplin erreichst du einen hohen Qualitätsstandard, lieferst Ergebnisse termingerecht ab und motivierst andere Team-Mitglieder

Your tasks

As an AI Engineer, no problem can be challenging enough for you. You are familiar with the current state of the art in deep learning. As part of our team of AI experts at JUST ADD AI, you develop solutions for a broad spectrum of real-world problems while staying in close contact with our clients.

Development: You develop custom AI solutions from prototype to integrable software modules
State-of-the-Art: You use and develop state-of-the-art models to solve real-world problems
Data Analysis: You analyze large datasets and find creative solutions
Coding Assistants: You develop, test, and document making the most intensive use of LLM-based coding assistants
End-to-End: You are involved in the development from conception to deployment

Your profile

You hold an excellent Master's degree in Computer Science or have a comparable background
You have extensive knowledge in at least one of these areas: LLMs, Computer Vision, Robotics, or Deep Learning
You actively follow the current state of the art in Deep Learning and LLMs
You have excellent programming skills, live by best practices, and have successfully shipped software projects with Python to production
You have solid mathematical knowledge, especially in Machine Learning and statistical methods
You get the maximum out of LLM-based coding assistants: parallel sessions, MCP tools, Agent.md, workflow automation – and you are constantly looking for ways to become even more productive
You enjoy working in a team and can communicate effectively with people of different professions (technical and non-technical)
You have excellent German language skills
You have a strong sense of responsibility and identify risks early on
Through your motivation and self-discipline, you achieve a high quality standard, deliver results on time, and motivate other team members
You use modern tools, including AI, to work more efficiently
